Setup Technician / Industrial Cleaner
The Setup Technician's primary responsibility is to ensure that cleaning activities are performed in a manner that supports the quality and efficiency goals of the facility and to identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve safety, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.
Employees will be using acetone rags, scrappers and air tools. The positions requires employees to stoop and bend frequently to clean under equipment cleaning.

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
• Clean the large industrial size equipment to ensure quality, minimize downtime, and extend equipment life.
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, work with minimal direction and handle conflict in a positive manner.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment as outlined by Caesarstone Technologies US policies and procedures.
• Must be willing and able to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Must be willing and able to wear respirator.

Starting pay: $18.00/hour
On-call pay: plus 4 hours
Quarterly production bonus

Work Environment

Employees occasionally work in confined spaces and are exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is frequently loud.
