Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Inbound Telephone Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish to join our team in Arizona. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking callers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. This position requires excellent communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  • Provide assistance and support to callers by answering general questions, providing directions, or connecting them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Listen attentively to callers' inquiries, concerns, or requests and provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Greet callers in a friendly and welcoming manner, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to assist Spanish-speaking callers and ensure clear understanding.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the organization's services, programs, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating a courteous and helpful demeanor.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing incoming mail or messages.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for call handling, escalation, and routing to ensure efficient and effective call management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of caller interactions, including recording inquiries, complaints, or requests for further assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to address caller needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, telephone reception, or call center environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical or healthcare terminology (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with telephone systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals over the phone.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette, with the ability to handle challenging or sensitive situations with empathy and composure.
  • Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
