Job Description
Home Instead is seeking CAREpros for Non-Medical In Home Care assisting our clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Work one on one with our clients in their homes. ALLshifts available (days, evenings, overnights, and weekends) in all areas of the Shoals. Training provided. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Assistance with grooming and bathing
  • Alzheimer’s Care
  • Medication and appointment reminders
*Skills training provided by Home Instead*


Starting Pay $10.00/hour, opportunity for RAISE after 90 days , Flexible Schedules, On-going Paid Training, 24 hour ON CALL assistance from a live staff member., Full time from 24 to 40 hours per week.


Requirements to be a CAREpro


  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
