Job Description
Phx Management has just opened with a focus on community outreach and is ready to exceeded all expectations. To meet expansion goals, Phx Management is looking for multiple entry level associates to join their management trainee program. This is an entry-level position the opportunity for growth into an executive management role after completion of training program


Responsibilities:


  • Effectively communicate product knowledge to prospective customers
  • Engaging with consumers and effectively educate them to drive sales
  • Comply with all client guidelines


Requirements


  • Ability to travel locally
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours/ week
  • Must be able to have FUN
  • Aggressive desire to learn
  • Must be excited to work face to face with people
  • Customer service, retail, sales and/or marketing experience
