Identity & Access Management Analyst

The Marcus Corporation is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst that will support Marcus and its various business units within the Information Security Team. The IAM analyst is responsible for fulfilling daily access requests for joiners, movers and leavers. Provide analysis and knowledge for Identity Governance and Administration, Privilege Access Management, Single Sign-on, and/or Multi-Factor Authentication.

This role also assists in the review and design of new IAM security technologies and support to ensure that the appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized. This associate works closely with business stakeholders and other technology groups to ensure appropriate controls and processes are implemented.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process daily requests for joiners, movers and leavers across multiple applications in a timely and accurate manner ensuring proper document trails.
• Performs access control audits across multiple systems and environments for SOX and PCI compliance.
• Adheres to, communicates and enforces Marcus’s Security policies and standards.
• Tracks problems and makes recommendations towards resolution.
• Documents standards and procedures used to complete the duties and ensures documentation is regularly reviewed and updated.
• Supports the identification of user access security risks and exposures.
• Participate in the installation, integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products.
• Performs routine user access security data gathering and administration activities.
• Provide scripting experience/knowledge to automate critical account maintenance processes and/or other IAM related activities.
• Deliver process improvements for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for IAM activities.
• Recommend automation to improve efficiency of granting and revoking employee access.
• Participate in the execution of aligning applications and systems to Marcus’s security policies.
• Understanding of directory structures such Microsoft Active Directory and end user authentication services.
• Assist business stakeholders in completing the appropriate access request forms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiar with compliance standards such and SOX and PCI.
• 3 – 5 years of experience within an IAM role or equivalent experience.
• Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, AWS IAM, SSO, and MFA technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
