Ice Cream Scooper-Food Truck

Gelati Celesti Ice Cream is growing and needs talented team members to jump on our Ice Cream Truck and bring joy across Richmond!
We think we have the best job in the world-and we absolutely love what we do. We enjoy indulging in our ice cream as much as we do scooping it for others. With each scoop we serve, we offer up a sweet moment of joy for our customers.
We're looking for people who possess a natural ability to connect with people, give a moment of joy to each and every customer, and who create an upbeat, friendly, and sincerely caring environment for customers. Full and part-time positions available.
As An Ice Cream Scooper, You Get To

• Work with the best team around to bring joy to our customers and our team members,
• Be an Ice Cream ambassador, know the Gelati Celesti products and share ingredients and offer favor combinations! (to know our product means you have to taste our products, free ice cream while you are on shift!)
• Have opportunities to grow within our organization (did you know that many of our scoopers have grown to Shift Leaders, General Managers, Regional Managers and Director level)
• Scoop and serve Ice cream and milkshakes that Richmond Magazine voted the Best Ice Cream in Richmond!

Scoopers Need To Be Able To

• Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch while also being able to lift and move up to at least 30 pounds, but occasionally up to 50 pounds or more
• Must be able to reach and grasp with hands, talk and hear from far away and in close proximity, taste and smell
• Have reliable transportation and flexible availability (daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday)
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during all shifts
