At Smitten Ice Cream, we are makers through and through – from our flavors right down to our ice cream machines, we make it all. Because we believe that ice cream can and should be better. Hell no status quo.
Were reinventing the ice cream experience by churning each scoop to-order, from scratch, using the freshest, purest ingredients and patented liquid nitrogen-enabled technology. From our founders early days on the streets of San Francisco (literally) to our family of scoop shops across the Bay Area, weve been challenging the status quo from Day 1. And were just getting started.
About You
Were looking for hardworking, kind and humble team members who can proudly represent the Smitten brand in every interaction with our guests. We call these team members Brrristas, since they skillfully operate our patented Brrr™ machines to churn each scoop of ice cream to-order. You are the right Brrrista to join our team if:

Brrrista Responsibilities
  • Embody the “whatever-it-takes” attitude when it comes to problem solving - jump right in and find the best solution!
  • Welcome guests into our shop and ensure their experience is memorable, meaningful, and full of joy
  • Proudly act as the face of the Smitten brand in every guest interaction
  • Team up with Shift Leads and General Manager to execute exceptionally smooth in-shop operations
  • Hold yourself and your teammates to the highest product quality standards
  • Churn each ice cream from scratch using our patented technology and serve each guest the perfect scoop
Brrrista Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours at at time
  • Able to work various shifts per week (weekdays, evenings, and weekends)
