What you'll do

• Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
• Communicate with clients and customers
• Provide repair quotes and opportunities for replacement quotes
• Perform routine maintenance
• Train junior team members
• Educate homeowners on Air Quality and other products that could improve their homes
• Remove/install HVAC parts and products
• Diagnose HVAC systems
• Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs
• Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
• Build accurate repair quotes

Requirements
