Hvac Lead Installer Jobs

Arctic Air Conditioning, Cooling , Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is a 45 year family owned and operated business. We are growing and need full time HVAC Install Technicians to service our growing customer's residential HVAC Systems.

• Wiring systems, Thermostats

Pay Range: $30-$36

Responsibilities:

• Participate in company-provided training opportunities and department meetings.
• Discuss and assist in determining repair and replacement options with clients for their heating and cooling needs.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential systems
• Be professional and knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow- through ability.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
