Hvac Installer Jobs

Since 1977, Arctic Air Conditioning, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric, located in Old Bridge, NJ has been focused on giving our customers the best value. We understand that calling for plumbing or HVAC service is often not anticipated, so we make sure to give our customers as little stress as possible. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals with HVAC experience to join our install team!

Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Participate in company-provided training opportunities and department meetings.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential systems
• Be professional and knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business.
• Discuss and assist in determining repair and replacement options with clients for their heating and cooling needs.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift over 50lbs.
• Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, and possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
• Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade.
