/Duties

• Communicates with the dispatcher that warranty calls are handled properly in a timely manner.
• Responsible for controls selection, design, recommendations, and cost comparison including estimating support.
• Responsible for Programming on Building Automation Systems (BAS) and owner training.
• Work with Field Superintendents on job scheduling and preplanning, this also should be used a as a training opportunity.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving all start up paperwork for all projects ensuring proper startup has been completed. If not completed, the CSIM shall send the technician back to the job to properly complete and use it as training opportunity.
• Responsible for dealing with Commissioning agents, job schedules and job deficiencies.
