Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance operations and processes within your assigned area of expertise.
Lead talent initiatives, such as succession planning and workforce design, to address talent and recruitment needs effectively.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and training to management and employees on HR policies, state and federal laws, labor contracts, and more.
Be a proactive problem solver! Investigate and recommend resolutions for grievances and complaints to ensure a positive work environment for all.
Play a key role in labor contract negotiations, advocating for positive changes that benefit both employees and the organization.
Empower leaders in implementing performance management strategies, focusing on goal-setting, recognition, and employee development.
Conduct thorough position classification and salary reviews, providing valuable insights to support equitable compensation decisions.
Analyze data, participate in studies, and prepare management reports with recommendations to drive informed decision-making and policy development.
Essential Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience: At least two years of experience in human resources, business administration, or related fields.
