Attention all HR professionals!


We are looking for a go-getter, self-starter with 1-3 years of experience in the Human Resources field to join our team. If you are bilingual in Spanish and live in Florida, we want to hear from you! As a member of our team, you can cut your HR teeth and grow your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone passionate about HR, with a strong work ethic, and eager to learn and grow. You will be responsible for various HR functions in this role, including employee relations, retention and engagement, development, training, and onboarding.

  • Requires Bilingual in English/Spanish. Spanish must be fluent.
  • Salary up to $80K depending on experience. No bonus opportunity
  • Candidate must currently live in Miami, FL. Relocation not considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively anticipates opportunities or issues in the market and recommends innovative solutions.
  • Conducts employee investigations and develops recommendations for resolution.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action
  • Assists with HR special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Experienced with cross functional collaboration and influencing through relationships, knowledge, and data
  • Visits stores within market and interacts with teammates.
  • Travels within market to visit shops (30-40%)
  • Assists regional HR Director to drive processes that optimize talent, engagement, and culture.
  • Works closely with management and teammates to create outcomes that positively impact business, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance on HR-related processes and procedures.


Requirements:

  • Discrete around sensitive company information.
  • Adept at building rapport with employees at all levels
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to change.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, process oriented, and can handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • 1-3 years of experience or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with ADP is a plus.
  • PHR certification strongly preferred
  • Effective communication, problem solving and teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PPT.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday


Willingness to travel:

  • 30-40% (Required)
