What will I be doing?
As the Houseperson, you would ensure guests are treated with an Aloha Spirit, accurately and efficiently, and provide guests with service that anticipates their needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Collection, distribution, restocking of linen and terry items.
  • Handling of guest requests or complaints.
  • Trash disposal from carts and other assigned areas.
  • Maintain assigned public areas while meeting the property's standards of cleanliness.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Reporting any maintenance deficiencies.
  • Deep clean all assigned rooms and bathrooms.
  • Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Complete special cleaning projects.
  • Turn in lost and found items as per department standard.
