Housekeeping Supervisor Jobs

BSG is the premier leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long-term health care facilities. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor at one of our healthcare facilities in West Bend, WI.

The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is described in detail below and must be performed in a manner that sufficiently meets client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by BSG Maintenance location based on client requirements and business needs.

Housekeeping Supervisor

• Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers & other staff.
• Assign tasks to associates as needed.
• Ordering supplies when they are running low
• Creating schedules for the staff
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must be trustworthy & adhere to confidentiality concerning residents' health conditions.
• Comply with the Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, bathrooms & resident living/dining areas.
• Trash disposal, mopping & emptying wastebaskets.
• Lead/Work alongside a small team of Housekeepers and Laundry Attendants

Shift

AM Shift; Monday through Friday; Every other weekend
