Housekeeping And Laundry Attendant

The Housekeeping role is designed to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by BSG Maintenance location based on client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Sort and Wash Linens
• Comply with the Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.
• Trash Disposal; Mopping; Empty wastebaskets
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, bathrooms, resident living and dining areas
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must be trustworthy and adhere to confidentiality concerning residents' health conditions; Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and other staff.

Qualifications

• Must be prompt and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Flexibility & ability to adapt to changing needs each day.
• Adaptability to perform a variety of duties and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other employees.
