Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dover, Delaware. DOVER BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SYSTEM features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Dover Behavioral Health System is currently seeking a Housekeeper for its growing fast pace hospital!

Work hours: 7am-3:30pm 32 hour work week, weekend availability required

What are the responsibilities of a Housekeeper?
  • Make beds correctly and remove and replace linens, placing in designated storage area for laundering
  • Remove trash and waste from designated areas of facility
  • Maintain facility and furnishings in clean, orderly fashion, including dusting furniture, cleaning windows, keeping bathrooms clean and supplies replenished
  • Clean in-patient and non-patient areas using proper supplies and equipment
Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Housekeeping experience


Preferred:

  • Hospital Housekeeping experience
