Job Description
Summary


  • Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency.
  • Through management of policies and procedures, budgeting, and referral follow-up, the Administrator/DON is responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources.
  • This individual drives team work, leads by example, and has a focus on quality care.
  • Additionally, this role oversees the dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance and excellent patient care.
  • The Administrator/Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall management and clinical operation of the Hospice agency.


Skills And Certifications


  • Registered Nurse License
  • Prior hospice experience, in a hospice setting
  • 3 years of clinical leadership
