The person in this role is entrusted to follow established policies and procedures as directed by the Dining Services Director in order to assist in food preparation, serve a well-balanced meal and maintain a clean and sanitary dining hall. THE MUST HAVES: A minimum of an 8 th grade education Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check. COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.
