As our Administrator you will have full responsibility for the overall direction and day-to-day operations of the agency. You will establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for home health services that will meet and promote the standards of quality to contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

As Part Of Our Dynamic Team, You Will
  • Use statistical data to determine the quality and quantity of services.
  • Promote home health referrals in the health care community and aligns with the promotion of collaboration with business development teams.
  • Promote Telehealth visits to support appropriate visit utilization.
  • Consistently follow and uniformly enforce Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees.
  • Evaluate performance of Director of Clinical Services.
  • Plans and implement In-service and continuing education programs to meet the education and training needs of organization personnel.
  • Organize and direct the Agency’s ongoing liaison among the Governing Body and staff.
  • Lead your team by Agency Mission, Vision, and Values and drives operations aligned with our Sacred Seven.
  • Employ qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations.
  • Fiscal Planning, Budgeting, and Management.
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
  • Assure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and maintains compliance to the ACHC Home Care standards.
  • Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume, which could impact staffing levels, revenues or expenses.
  • Promote the use of the patient portal, physician portal, and Synzi.
  • Assist in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers organization policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical teams and planning.
  • Assess employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Supervise all business affairs and day-to-day operations.
  • Implement an effective budgeting system; assures accuracy of billing.
  • Stay informed about changes in home health and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
  • Assist with the evaluation of organization performance via performance improvement program, productivity, and quarterly and annual reviews. Assures the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the Organization.
A Few Things You Will Need
  • Proficient in Computers, Microsoft (MS) Suite, EMR, technology and Kantime preferred not required.
  • Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Florida
  • Excellent observation, organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
  • Home Health Care background required.
  • Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community alike.
  • Ability to handle high levels of stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and ACHC standards.
