Live-In shifts available throughout Suffolk County, LI, and the East End! Privatus Care Solutions is seeking experienced, per diem HHAs that enjoy the stability, consistent schedule and the perfect caregiver and client match.

Requirements:

• Full Covid-19 Vaccination
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD within the past 24 months oR chest x-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR Lab Report
