Role Description

Seraphic Springs Health Care Agency Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide quality, compassionate, cost-effective and patient-centered care in a variety of settings. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Boston, MA. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in their homes, including activities of daily living, personal care, patient care, and home care.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a home health care setting is preferred
• Knowledge of infection control and universal precautions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to lift and move patients
• Ability to provide activities of daily living, personal care, patient care, and home care
