In This Role, You Will

• Put your content expertise in subjects such as biology, calculus, chemistry, and history to work to foster passion and mastery for kids
• Collaborate with smart, driven colleagues to deliver results in the classroom while having fun and making friends
• Tackle challenges in and out of the classroom, using problem-solving as a springboard for personal growth
• Inspire intellectual curiosity and love of learning to empower students emotionally
• Build and manage strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors
• Assess and analyze data to chart student growth and achievement, and tailor your own teaching methods

• Detail-oriented - able to manage multiple responsibilities and balance priorities
• A college graduate - with 0- 3 years of professional experience and a passion for their subject
• A lifelong learner - with an outstanding academic record

• Confident and present - you take the lead and inspire others with your passion and commitment
• An experienced leader - Have you held a leadership position in a club? Managed people? Worked with a group of kids? We’d love to hear from you.
