Marcus Thornton’s – Real Estate Business

Virtual Administrative Assistants


Position Summary

The administrative assistants will be tasked in supporting and promoting Marcus Thornton’s real estate business with EXP Realty, LLC. through independent work in managing social media, social marketing, and graphic design.


Key Responsibilities

The hired individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below at a satisfactory level:


  • Graphic Designer: Collaborate with 3rd party vendors in creating and approving marketing material such as buyer packets, powerpoints, listing presentations, and mailers to sphere of influence. Update and improve website (yourinfinityhomes.com) when possible. Increase optimization for better search results on google, yahoo, and research other search engine platforms to utilize through reviews. Experience with videography, photography, and editing is also a plus. This position will also collaborate with the social media associate in preparing infographics and visuals, occasional video editing, to enhance marketing of the business online for posting.
  • Social Media Associate: Collaborate with graphic designer to create unique information, graphics, reels, stories, and marketing content. Post 1-2x per week advertising the business on Marcus’ accounts. Create boosts on all social media platforms locally (ex: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). Must engage with people Marcus currently follows/his followers, and have a goal to increase follower count and engagement metrics on all social media platforms. Create and send out scripted template messages through direct/instant messages and be able answer any questions needed to be able to connect them to Marcus for a consultation.
  • Marketing Associate: This applicant must reside in the DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia area, and must have flexibility during the weekends and occasionally during the week as you will be meeting on-site with Marcus to spread brand awareness utilizing the ‘word-of-mouth’ concept for marketing. The hired individual will need to be personable and represent Marcus and his goals well. Applicants that work or have interest in working in real estate are encouraged as mentorship will come with the position if requested.


Job Requirements

Minimum requirements include some administration experience and experience in the above duties. Hired applicants will need to be available at least for 2-3 hours per week, occasionally weekends, for possible team calls/meetings, however assigned tasks can typically be worked at your own flexibility of time within deadlines unless specified.


Training

We offer pay for any training needed to catch hired team members up to speed. Training will include further expectations of the role, orientation for software utilized, meetings.
