High School Parking Coordinator

10 Hours a Week - 10:30 - 12:30 times can be adjusted if neededThe Parking Coordinator performs duties related to the King Philip Regional High School parking areas. Additionally the coordinator manages all aspects of parking permits and addressing vehicles that are not permitted to park on campus. Maintains organized records of all permitted student and staff vehicles.Effectively and respectfully communicates with students and staff to address incidents, gather information and manage tasks through to completion. Performs daily and regular monitoring of all parking areas with particular attention to the student parking area.
This position works Monday through Friday, approximately 2 hours per day. (Exact times TBD)Becomes familiar with and knowledgeable about the parking area features.Identifies daily parking violations.Effectively and respectfully communicates with students who violate parking regulations.Issues warnings/parking tickets for parking lot violations.Communicates with administration to report students with 3 violations.Coordinates with towing company to tow vehicles upon request of administrationPerforms other functions in safety, security, and order.
