United Methodist Homes offers Independent and Assisted Living, as well as Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. Located in Shelton, CT, UMH, has a long history of award-winning care and services. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Home Health Aide (full-time) to work at Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center on our Wesley Village Campus in Shelton, CT.
Upon hire, UMH has a path for you to become a C.N.A.! We will PAY FOR YOUR C.N.A. course & certificate *Conditions apply & details will be given upon hire.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • Able to understand, speak, read, and write English.
  • A minimum of 1-year of experience caring for older adults.
  • Willingness to undergo a complete background check, including physical and drug screen.
  • Must complete and pass the 8 hours course provided by UMH, within a week of hire.
  • Must be able to work a weekend/holiday rotation.
