Hedge Fund - Investor Relations Analyst

A high growth, Investor Relations Analyst has opened up with a successful hedge fund that also offers wealth management advisory and services! This is a high exposure role with a great culture.

Location: Morris County, NJ

Office: 4 days/week On Site, 1 day/week remote

Responsibilities:

• Provide white glove client service for high net worth and family office clients
• Cash management - balance reconciliations, transfer of cash and other assets
• Assist with client portal access
• Compile reporting and documentation for tax advisors and estate attorneys as needed
• Respond to client inquiries, such as account activity and statement inquiries, or other adhoc inquiries
• Handle operational aspects of client accounts including reporting on account holdings and investment performance, posting daily cash activity, and entering trade instructions
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations and reports for client meetings
• Assist with adhoc projects to improve processes
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience:

• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Desire to get to root causes in order to resolve problems
• High level of integrity and strong work ethic
• 1+ years of investor services, client service, relationship management, operations, and/or accounting experience
• Excellent MS Office skill, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree completed
• Experience within Financial Services is preferred but not necessary
