Central Stone Company has an immediate full-time position available for a Heavy Equipment Operator in the Potosi/Cadet, MO area. This is a day-time position, generally working Monday through Friday, with Saturdays required during peak busy seasons.

Heavy Equipment Operator candidate requirements:

• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
• Safety-Focused
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Our ideal candidate would possess proven mechanical skills, welding, and experience operating heavy equipment - but this is not required and we would be happy to train someone willing and able to learn.

Heavy Equipment Operator major responsibilities include:

• Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
• Operate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficiently
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA
• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
