Heavy Equipment Mechanic
What we are looking for:
Aldridge is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment for our fleet department nationwide.
What you’ll do:
Duties including:
- Managing and mentoring mechanics as needed.
- Responding to and communicating with internal customer requests for service.
- Repairing and maintaining heavy equipment including trucks, large foundation drilling rigs, and other support equipment.
- Assuring that heavy equipment is in working order.
Who you are:
We are pursuing candidates with the following qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Natural engineering and problem solving senses
- Welding and fabricating skills
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- 5+ years of experience
- CDL license Class “A”
Pay: Starting at $39/hr. This is a union position and provides union benefits
**This position offers a 5k sign on bonus for qualified hires***
