Healthcare Program Manager Jobs

Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS) is seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to support a contingent project supporting the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) Optimizing Healthcare Value Program (OHVP).

OHVP performs various measurement assessments and analyses on specially selected healthcare programs, products, and processes to ensure they are effective and/or meet the needs of VHA stakeholders and ultimately provide business value to VHA.

This position is contingent upon award.

Work Location: Hybrid work model; 2 days per week in our Fredericksburg office, monthly in-person meetings in the DC area, and the remote work.

Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Travel: Occasional travel within CONUS as needed.

Start: Late September 2023

Clearance: VA NACI (or the ability to obtain)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensure projects are planned and managed in accordance with accepted project management principles.
• Serve as single point of contact and responsible PM for all contract services and deliverables.
• Proactively managing risks and resolving issues cooperatively.
• Proactively managing risks and resolving issues cooperatively.
• Reference the PWS and QASP along with expectations that are communicated by the program office.
• Ensure all services and deliverables meet content, quality, and timeliness expectations.
• Provide direction, guidance, mentorship, and problem solving to the team.
• Responsible for leading the quality management program.
• Perform quality integration and standards as Program Manager (PM).
• Responsible for leading a contractor’s quality management program.
• Develop and implement procedures internally to ensure that government expectations are successfully met. This includes deliverables being met with quality and in a timely manner.
• Manage personnel resources to ensure the correct expertise and resources are available to meet the contract requirements and the efforts are coordinated within the contract team, the government project team, stakeholders, and with other companies providing support to VA.
• Ensure all services and deliverables are focused on the agency and program mission and that all analysis and recommendations are backed up with solid data to support them.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading health care-related projects in a large multi-hospital system.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Proven experience in exceptional commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up.
• Ability to hand multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• PMP certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent such as government Administrations, Health Administration, or in Public Health.
