Job Description
Healthcare Payroll Specialist - Home Health and Hospice (Part-time)
Department Name: Office
Reports to: Office Manager
General Purpose:
Responsible for all aspects of payroll for employees, including collecting, processing, and weekly reporting.
Essential Functions:
  • Manage and submit reports to supervisor.
  • May have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
  • Performs payroll functions – exporting/importing data and processing in payroll system within required timelines.
  • Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • 1 year experience of healthcare payroll processing
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
