Healthcare Financial Analyst Fp&A

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional specializing in the healthcare sector, you will play a critical role in providing accurate financial insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support our organization's financial goals. Your expertise in healthcare finance and data analysis will be essential in optimizing our financial performance and guiding informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
•Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
•Monitor and evaluate financial metrics, revenue, and expense trends to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
•Prepare regular financial reports, executive summaries, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
•Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, accounting principles, and internal policies in all financial reporting.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare financial data, including revenue cycle management, reimbursement methodologies, and cost analysis.
•Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost containment, and operational efficiency improvement within the healthcare organization.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and evaluate financial feasibility for new healthcare initiatives, service lines, or investment opportunities.
•Support the annual budgeting process by providing financial analysis, projections, and recommendations.
•Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, investigate variances, and communicate findings to management.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•At least three years’ work experience in healthcare FP&A.
•Prior work experience at a private equity portfolio company preferred.
•Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial planning software.
•Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
