The top 5 AMLaw Firm is seeking a highly skilled Health Care Regulatory & Compliance Associate with 2+ years experience to join its "Band 1" Health Care & Life Sciences Group in DC.

Their health care and life sciences regulatory team leverages their unparalleled expertise and extensive industry insights to provide guidance to health care and life sciences organizations, digital health and technology providers, private equity firms, investment banks, venture capital firms, and various other stakeholders within the industry. They offer advisory services on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse matters, reimbursement, and other related areas. Additionally, they provide assistance with data privacy, security, and also specialize in addressing the regulatory intricacies associated with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions in the sector.

What they're looking for:

• Industry experienced is a plus.
• 2+ years Health Care Regulatory, reimbursement and / or fraud & abuse experience.
• "Big Law" experience is strongly preferred.
• Admission or eligibility for the DC Bar.
• Experience with health care and life science transactions.
• JD from ABA accredited law school with stellar academics.
