About the Job

The Health & Wellness Coordinator will serve under the general direction of the Assistant Manager of Health & Wellness Promotion. The individual will assist in the coordination of wellness programs while assessing potential gaps or areas for improvement. They will assist and contribute to all decisions related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of any programs. The Health & Wellness Coordinator will work with both internal and external partners and vendors to determine the most beneficial employee-based programs to increase employee engagement throughout Foxconn.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with any medical/health-related emergencies among employees.
  • Travel may be required in this role between offices and to various locations.
  • Analyze and provide solutions to possible gaps in current programs and operations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program calendar.
  • Coordinate and assist the operation of the health & wellness training center.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, audience-specific health and wellness educational programs.
  • Present on behalf of the department during a variety of different presentations.
  • Develop and implement new on-site wellness programs to encourage and drive employee engagement.
  • Assist in the organization of all event sponsorship-related events throughout the year.


Education and Ideal Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in Health & Wellness or related role.
  • Outstanding, professional written and verbal communication skills, including presentational abilities.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Health Education, Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related field.

  • Creative ability to design and create promotional materials and other outreach and engagement strategies in support of health and wellness programming.
  • Problem-solving skills to provide assistance and assessment of specific problems identified in programming to determine possible solutions.
  • Strong commitment to creating a foundation of wellness revolving around overall employee needs, objectives, goals, budget, and innovation.
  • Effective working independently on projects and contributing as part of a team, including with leadership.
  • Comfort and ability to handle many different tasks at one time due to the nature of multiple programs running simultaneously.
  • Great communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders across different levels, business groups, and teams.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organize all time-sensitive projects effectively and work with leadership to ensure programs are run successfully.
