Experience
· At least 3-5 years of experience in conducting research and analysis in public health, health communication, or a closely related field.
· Strong understanding of health communication theories, principles, and strategies for behavior change.
· Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating health communication campaigns and materials.
· Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality research reports and presentations.
· Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
· Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Key
Responsibilities · Conduct comprehensive research on public health and health communication topics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. · Analyze and synthesize data from various sources such as surveys, interviews, case studies, and academic research to generate actionable insights for communication strategies. · Develop evidence-based recommendations for improving health communication campaigns and initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and materials that promote public health awareness and behavior change. · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and materials, adjusting as needed to optimize reach and impact. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in health communication, public health, and relevant industry developments. · Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through written reports and presentations. · Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including public health organizations, researchers, and communication professionals.
Education A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s degree or higher is preferred.
