• Broad, diverse experience and knowledge in Microsoft technologies with expertise in a variety of CRM/CMS/a Commerce/ AI-ML Platforms, (legacy to emerging]

• Experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing multiple technology projects.

• Envisioning how different forms of technology will be used throughout the company and ensuring technologies currently in use are efficient

• Excellent leadership and management skills to lead a multi-disciplinary cross-functional team in the planning and execution of technology strategy.

• Ability to liaise well with a wide variety of customers across diverse industries and quickly grasp customer needs.

• Skilled with deep knowledge in the functioning and execution of business analysis,project management, and agile tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in building multiple centers of excellence by appointing Sr. Leads and Architects appropriately.

• Ability to document a wide variety of technical presentations and reports, while making technical concepts simple to customers and colleagues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical architecture plans
