We are currently partnered with a cutting-edge solar manufacturing company who are seeking a driven and experienced Head of Production to lead their new facility in Goodyear, AZ.


👷♂️ The role

As the Head of Production, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations, overseeing all aspects of production, finances, and team management. This is a high-level position that requires a candidate who can drive results, meet quotas, manage budgets, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations at their Phoenix facility.


🌟 Key Qualifications:

  • Spanish language skills would be a bonus!
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing, ideally in solar panel manufacturing or semiconductor background.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to challenges, maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams, including international counterparts.
  • Proficiency in automation and automated assembly processes.
