On is ready to welcome a new Head of Marketing for Latin America and the Caribbean Region, who will act as an essential member to help drive the company’s goals and success in the region. This role will play an integral part in sharing and building the story of On by building a diverse and energetic Marketing team. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and optimizing Marketing strategies to build and grow the brand while always thinking one step ahead by partnering with Global and Local teams across 30+ countries.

Your Mission

• Craft unique ways to showcase On’s mission and purpose through Marketing initiatives by guiding, coaching, and supporting a team of creatives across various disciplines. - Develop and manage quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department in partnership with cross-functional teams. - Ensure On’s brand and story are consistently messaged across all channels and aligned with internal Marketing strategies based on the local brand maturity. - Identify opportunities for On to reach new market segments and expand market share in partnership with cross-functional teams. - Analyze and utilize data to assess progress, develop new programs, and allocate resources and process optimization. - Effectively collaborate with global, regional, and internal partners and departments to align Marketing efforts with company strategy and goals. - Partner with the Sales team to ensure Marketing strategies run parallel with field objectives by joining Global and Regional sales meetings and presenting the regional Marketing strategy.

Your story

• 10+ years of progressive experience within Marketing roles across various channels, including Design, PR, Events, Trade Marketing, and Retail. - 8+ years of experience in a dynamic leadership role. - Ability to stay current and build upon Marketing best practices and trends. - Talent to lead and inspire a creative marketing team. - Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with strong business acumen. - Ability to travel 40%-60% - based on business needs. - Ability to speak and write in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
