Job Description

The Head of Data Analytics has/is:


  • 10+ years of data analytics experience with a proven history of capturing and analyzing data and building dashboards


  • Dedicated tenure at an early stage D2C or B2C company selling to a large number of customers and experience within an ambiguous environment


  • Effectively track and measure all data.Ability to set up testing for different data sources. Understands ecommerce KPIs such as attribution models, LTV, customer buying behavior, etc. Comfortable going from 30,000 feet to 3 feet multiple times within a short time frame


  • Hands on experience with SQL, databases, and data visualization tools


  • Passionate about making an impact, solving complex problems, and working cross-functionally;Intellectual curiosity


  • Location: Boston & surrounding areas (3 days in office)
