They are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of AI to lead their Generative AI and Code Generation efforts. As the Head of AI, you will be responsible for driving research, development, and implementation of advanced AI algorithms and models that power their innovative code generation products. Your expertise in Generative AI, deep learning, and natural language processing will be instrumental in defining their strategy and advancing their AI capabilities to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end development of AI algorithms, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment.
• Lead and guide a team of AI researchers and engineers to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models.
• Explore and develop methods to understand, interpret, and generate human-readable code from natural language descriptions.
• Leverage your expertise in NLP to improve the interaction between developers and AI-generated code.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals and product roadmaps.
• Champion ethical AI practices and responsible AI development within the organization.
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI models, optimizing for real-world applications and large-scale datasets.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex AI challenges.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with code generation tools, developer workflows, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of AI researchers and engineers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background as a AI Research Scientist, AI Engineer, or similar role, preferably in the Generative AI or Code Generation domain.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques, deep learning architectures, and NLP algorithms.
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI, Generative AI, or NLP.
• Strong programming skills, including proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Passion for innovation, AI research, and pushing the boundaries of Generative AI and Code Generation.
