Position Summary


We are looking for a reliable Finance and Accounting Head to supervise, monitor and evaluate all day- to-day accounting activities for the Company. You will establish financial statutes by developing and implementing, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.


Job Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly Management Information System reports within the deadline.
  • Month, quarter, and yearend process - accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, intercompany reconciliation, account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity etc.
  • Planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
  • Financial process improvements in relation to corporate Governance and Regulatory matters. Customer contracts and Software Licensing compliance – ensure all customer contracts are issued and renewed for use of operational software licenses and hardware etc., in a timely manner.
  • Preservation of all company records both in digital and physical format.
  • Product costing for existing and new products.
  • Liaise with Human Resources department for Monthly Payroll processing.
  • Liaise with head office for protection and preservation of Intellectual Property.
  • Ensuring all secretarial records are maintained and updated.
  • Ensuring all regulatory and statutory filings are completed on time.
  • Negotiations with Office supplies, Hardware/Software, and other vendors. Proprietary and Confidential Napier Healthcare Solutions Pte Ltd
  • Preparation of annual budgets and follow ups with the relevant team.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors and completion of Annual financial audits.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensuring all statutory filings (monthly, quarterly yearly) with Tax, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other statutory authorities are completed on-time. (GST, IT, EFP etc.)
  • Developing internal audit programs in consultation with the head office.
  • Drive Project Governance & Profitability.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement.
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Chartered Accountant with relatively 08-10 years of experience.
    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases preferably hands on experience with SAP B1.
    • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized in time management.
    • Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India will be an added advantage.
    • Good negotiation skills for vendor and procurement management.
    • Proven work experience as a manager.
    Location in Hyderabad. Company secretary will be a plus.
