Job Description
Pay: $29.00 / hr.
Shift : Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)

Essential Functions
  • Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems
  • Ability to use the tools of the trade (e.g. multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Lite repairs
  • Event layout (placing flyers as needed, etc.)
  • Install new faucet
  • Toilets and urinals maintenance waterless system. Check leaks for repairs.
  • Installation of towel dispenser, soap dispensers and small water heaters under sink.
  • Check and replace light ballast as needed.
  • Installation of Wall Coverings and Frostings
  • Assisted caterers and vendors for events.
  • Installation and repair door locks, door closers handles, doorstop and new cylinder.
  • Furniture maintenance
  • Organize storage and labeling boxes
  • Repair or change pipe lines water hoses or relocated existent pipes or houses
  • Report any identified future repair requirements
  • Quick /stand assemble and installation on desk and removed from desk if need. Relocated sit/stand monitors & arms for employee relocation.
  • Custom setup all conference room before and after every event both places SFP3 and 140NM.
  • Touch up all painted surfaces as applicable to specific office layout (walls, doors, elevator doors, furniture, internal staircases, etc.)
  • Repair existent faucet
  • Report for Lutron alerts or ballast missing and major work for Electrician.
  • Picture hanging
  • Meeting room set-up
  • Parking lot bicycle box locker, check and service all door locks, and replace if needed.
  • Repair damages to walls (taping, plastering, sanding)
  • Undertake any additional duties required by Facilities Site Manager (FSM)
  • Transporting boxes
  • Check boiler and water heaters and all water equipment every month for leak and preventive maintenance.
  • Painting
  • Replace electrical outlets broken or damage, reset electric breaker or report to Building Engineer for service.
  • Patch and touchup paint small damage to walls
  • Preventive maintenance monthly building inspection and punch list
  • Monthly lighting report for WBE electrician check and repair list of lights and ballast
  • Paint and repairs small areas
  • Lite plumbing
  • Monitoring Lutron system for lighting and shades control working on scheduled everyday

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification required
  • 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field
  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten year work history if available
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
