We are looking for a hardworking Handyman to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, etc.

We are expecting you to be organized and have good time management skills as well as strong general repair skills. We always need help with our construction projects, rental properties, and residential houses. Must be able to communicate and have a wide range of abilities. To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents.

• Minor plumbing and carpentry
• Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes, etc.
• Perform lightning installation and carpeting
• Shifting furniture or equipment
• Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
• Regularly perform maintenance jobs
• Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
• Fill gaps and provide painting services
• Assembling furniture or equipment
• Clearing or cleaning general areas
• Changing filters on air conditioning systems
• Footpath maintenance
• Garden/landscape installation and maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Regularly perform various landscaping tasks
• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
• Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work
• Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
• Clearing gutters

• 5 years of experience as a handyman
• 5 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment
• Attention to detail

• In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
