Guatemala - Weekends! Work From Home Back Office Rep As A Contractor W/ Omni! $10Usd/Hour!

Omni Interactions is seeking a detail-oriented support contractor to provide support to our contractors in the United States, Guatemala, and the Philippines. You must have great communication skills, with the ability to work repetitive tasks all day every day.

You will be independent and proactive, given a set of tasks to execute and ask for more work once your task list is complete. You must already have your own home office equipment, including a computer, headset, and strong internet connection. You will be asked to learn our systems live on meetings using Microsoft Teams and other

Tasks you may work on will include inviting candidates for various contracts to start theri background check, send reminders, send text messages, interact with other contractors remotely, and making sure all emails are sent to candidates in a timely manner.

Overview

As a contractor with Omni, you'll interact with applicants primarily through chat and email, assisting them with all their needs.

Schedule

⏰ Flexible schedule options - weekends are a part of this contract - we are unable to partner with contractors who can only work Monday through Friday.

🗓️ Training will be weekdays, Mon-Fri 10am-3pm ET, for 2 weeks. Then your schedule will transition to Wednesday through Sunday.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

🚪 Quiet and secure work environment during working hours

💻 Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)

🎧 Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication

💨 High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity

🪟Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)

👾 Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed

🤳Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app.

💻 Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Omni Interactions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
