U.S. Data Security (“USDS”) is a standalone department of TikTok in the U.S. This new security-first division was created to bring heightened focus and governance to our data protection policies and content assurance protocols to keep U.S. users safe. Our focus is on providing oversight and protection of the TikTok platform and user data in the U.S., so millions of Americans can continue turning to TikTok to learn something new, earn a living, express themselves creatively, or be entertained. The teams within USDS that deliver on this commitment daily span Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, Engineering, User & Product Ops, Corporate Functions and more.
Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple growth channels with a considerable budget and explore different resources to optimize the performance.
• Accurate analysis, forecasting and reporting. Bring insights to the business and forming methodologies at a larger scope.
• Define strategies to support various business goals including but not limited to retargeting, retention optimization, etc.
• Build strategies with cross-functional colleagues to serve key objectives. Be the reliable source to XFN partners for product improvements. Develop marketing strategies with a ROI&efficiency conscious mindset.
• Enthusiastic at tackling complex situations, providing solutions and building strategies from 0 to 1.

Qualifications

• Good at interpretation, quick at reaction and careful with execution
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media buyer, performance ads strategy, etc
• Good teamwork spirit, strong management ability, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in performance ads on Facebook, Google, Twitter and other network medias. In depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $198444 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
