Job Description

Position Overview:

Locl is a leading location listing management platform designed to automate and elevate maps and listing search visibility and in-store conversions. Locl provides services directly to SMB’s and partners with SAAS providers, Payment Services Providers, DMO’s, CVB’s and Agencies to distribute its value added services.


Role Overview:

The team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on expanding our reach and conversion rates within our direct business unit, which includes SMB and franchises. Your secondary objective will be to differentiate Locl’s direct offering and distributor platform services.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that includes SEO, SEM, content marketing, partnerships, trial conversion and funnel enhancement.
  2. SEO Optimization: Optimize and differentiate our direct and distributor business lines for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies that target individual business owners, SMBs, and our key distributor verticals in the SaaS sector.
  4. Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize the conversion funnel, focusing on increasing conversions from free trials to premium subscriptions.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze data from various sources to understand user behavior, identify areas of improvement, and optimize growth strategies. Provide concise weekly and monthly reports to Locl leadership.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align growth strategies and ensure a consistent message across all touchpoints.



Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth (experience in SaaS or SEO is a plus).
