Job Description

Growth Marketer, Future of Learning

Our team is a founder with a former exit, a former Y-Comb founder, a computer engineer turned data analyst, and a marketing strategist who believe the best products are yet to be created. As a team, we have built four brands past $10 million, three brands past $1 million, and seven brands past $100 thousand in annual revenue.


We’re looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to help take us to the next level. This unique individual should have 2+ years managing paid media, email marketing sequences, and funnel tests. You should have a proven record of managing, tracking, and exceeding goals that relate to ROAS, net revenue, or profit.


As employee five, you’ll get unique experience taking brands from 0 to 1 from a growth marketing perspective. You’ll have a playbook that already works and the ability to collaborate with the team to implement your own ideas. The right person is someone who LOVES researching markets, positioning brands, creating ads, and making iterations.


What You Will Do

•Conduct market research for owned brands and clients, and present findings to the team.

•Brainstorm and write ad scripts for owned brands and clients that drive performance.

•Create ads that drive performance using Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Paid Search.

•Launch media campaigns and optimize them to meet ROI targets.

•Develop bid strategies, audience testing, and ad copy testing frameworks for measured testing.

•Communicate test results and recommendations from tests with the team.


What You Already Know

•An in-depth understanding of paid media metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (CPA, nCPA, ROAS, EPC).

•Different media measurement models like first click, last click, position-based, and data-driven.

•The importance of 3rd party attribution tools for accurate marketing measurement.

•The importance of documenting funnel, ad, audience, bidding, and A/B tests.

•Frameworks to troubleshoot performance issues as they appear.

•You wrote at least three standout ads that transformed accounts from breakeven to profitable.

•You managed multiple accounts spending $100k+/mo across paid social.

•You are fluent in ALL of the following areas: paid social, email marketing, direct response copywriting,A/B testing, and funnel reporting.

•You solve problems with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution.

•You present written arguments or big ideas in an attractive, digestible way.

•You juggle multiple projects and execute them based on priority.

•You identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypotheses.

•You tell a story via qualitative and quantitative methods using analysis tools like Excel.
