Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Group Destination Coordinator to join our team.


As the Group Destination Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing group travel events, including conferences, retreats, and incentive trips.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage group travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
  • Create detailed itineraries and schedules for group events
  • Ensure all travel arrangements meet budgetary and timeline requirements
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during group travel events


Requirements:


  • Must be 18+ Years of age, and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
