Apartment complex looking for reliable groundskeeper to help maintain cleanliness of the exterior of buildings.

Groundskeeper Details
  • Maintain common areas of apartment complex by picking up litter, blowing/mowing laws, trimming bushes, and keeping garden beds tidy
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm )
  • Full Time work available
  • Maintain cleanliness of all exterior of apartment properties
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 15.00 / hour
  • May assist with cleanliness of pool/park areas
Groundskeeper Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Must be able to walk and stand for a full shift
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Familiarity with tools used on lawns Previous grounds keeping experience is preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable working outdoors
