We are looking for individuals who have a passion for working with food and have a desire to become part of a team that provides outstanding customer service. Grocery Associates are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the grocery store by accurately scanning items, checking for proper label placement and helping customers. Grocery Associates will work with the Store Manager to keep the store clean, organize product displays, assist with deliveries and act as role models for other associates in terms of appearance and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Show customers where items are located in the store.
• Greet customers and ask them if they would like help finding anything.
• Learn to use the store's point of sale system.
• Be aware of current sales and promotions.
• Answer customer's questions about products.
• Scan grocery items quickly.
• Explain benefits of store membership to new customers.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Have great customer service skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.25 per hour

Experience:

• Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
